It is a ginjoshu using Omachi rice prepared in 1990.
A long aging sake with a tatamiberi (edge part of a tatami mat) label.

By polishing the carefully selected Omachi, Okayama's rice suited for brewing, to 48% and by squeezing the unrefined sake fermented slowly at low temperatures, and after the debourbaged and bottled middle portion of the unfiltered and unprocessed sake is heated with fire, the sake is stored and matured for a long period of time in a cold and dark location of the brewery.

During the long maturing period, its color turns to gold or brown, its scent like sherry or old alcohol. and it changes into a drink with distinct and excellent flavor.

Please enjoy the taste that has been matured for more than 20 years.
