Founded in 1677, it has been more than 300 years since its first establishment. It is a brewery that has been continued for over 11 generations in Kyoto's sake-producing district, Fushimi. Fushimi used to be written using the character for water, and it is land where pure groundwater gushes in abundance. Yamamoto Honke has continued to make sake in these lands generation after generation.

It has a strong taste with retronasal scent. It is also used in the restaurants of Kyoto. When drank cold, it has a refreshing taste, and the match with lighter foods is outstanding. ■純米大吟醸 松の翠
延宝5(1677)年に創業して300年以上。京都の酒どころ・伏見で11代にわたって続く蔵元です。伏見はもとは「伏水」と書いたように、清らかな地下水が豊富に湧き出る土地です。山本本家は、この土地で代々酒づくりを続けてきました。

「純米大吟醸 松の翠」は、日本の茶道の代表的流派のひとつ、表千家の14代家元から名前を頂いたお酒で、お茶事での懐石料理の際に使われる格調高い逸品です。含み香のあるしっかりとした味になっております。京都の料亭でも使われています。冷やして飲んでいただくと爽やかな味わいで、あっさりとしたお料理と相性が抜群です。人肌ほどの温度にしていただくと、まろやかな味わいとなり、甘みのあるお料理によく合います。
