Firstly the texture on the tongue is a mild sweetness. Then the rich flavor of the oyster and the unique sweetness spreads with the taste of Nori. The Hiroshima oyster soy sauce seasoned Nori provides such a rich flavor. It is one of our confident products that thoroughly comply with pure homegrown ingredients and chemical seasoning additive-free, which can be consumed safely by anyone.

With the aim to develop a flavored Nori making use of the Hiroshima oyster flavor by using ingredients produced in Japan, two years were spent to find the ingredients.
And finally, the Hiroshima oyster soy sauce seasoned Nori that can be proudly said that all source ingredients are purely produced in Japan was developed.
Nori is produced in Ariake. Sugar is sugarcane from Tanegashima. Organic soybean and organic wheat are used as ingredients of soy sauce. For salt, Setouchi seaweed salt is used by recovering its traditional method. And Mirin made from homegrown rice, and chilli pepper produced in Shimane. For soup stock, a rich flavorsome local Hiroshima oyster broth is used with Rishiri Kelp, dried bonito, dried mackerel, dried sardines and flying fish.

海苔は有明産。砂糖は種子島のさとうきび。醤油は原材料に有機大豆・有機小麦を使用したものを。塩は、昔ながらの製法を復元させた瀬戸内の藻塩を使用。続いて、国産米から作られた本みりん、島根の唐辛子。だしは地元広島かきの煮汁を基本とし、利尻昆布、鰹節、さば節、煮干、あごからとったコクのあるだしを。
