▼In the following cases please contact by email within eight days of receiving the product.
1. When the delivered product is damaged.
2. When the delivered product is defective.
3. When the delivered product differs from the product ordered
▼However, exchange of returned product will not be accepted in the following cases.
• When contact is made over 8 days after receiving the product
• When the product is returned without prior contact
• Food products
• Order made products
• Product damaged or soiled by the customer
• Sale product
• Cases due to the customer’s circumstance, such as a product differing from expectation

▼Refund of the product charge or return postage will be made through the credit card used or PayPal. For credit card/PayPal transactions, there may be cases where the exchange rate for product charge and postage at the time of invoice is different from that at the time of refund.
Accordingly, the customer may receive a surplus/deficit due to the exchange rate in the refund amount received. The customer will not request Via Japan to refund any loss due to differences in the exchange rate for refund.
Please kindly be advised that in the case of a credit card, refund may take a maximum of two months due to credit card deadline and payment date, and in the case of PayPal refund may take from a few days to a maximum of 10 days due to matters related to date of processing.
